how to count Total barrier rate of solar film？
Total barrier rate of solar film ( no matter it is for vehicle or for architecture )
it is calculated by multiplying the total solar energy transmitted, reflected and absorbed by the film by 100. The formula for calculating the total barrier rate of solar film is:
Total Barrier Rate = (Total Solar Energy Transmitted+ Total Solar Energy Reflected+ Total Solar Energy Absorbed) x 100
In practice , we can use VL , UV and IR to count , this is a not formal method , that is IR * 53% + UV * 3% + VL
For example , A remark 44% solar film's checking data can be counted as :
80.5*53% + 99.8*3% + (100% - 80.5%) * 44% , brief as : 42.6 +2.99 + 8.58 = 54.17
